La jeune Dau vit dans une région pauvre de Thailande. Sa grand-mère, qui l'initie à la magie, tombe malade et elle doit alors partir en ville pour trouver du travail et lui acheter des médicaments. À la capitale, ses pérégrinations la mènent vers un bar de go-go danseuses où elle se fait embaucher, sans imaginer le genre de traitement qu'elle va subir. Pour se venger, elle décide d'utiliser ses pouvoirs de magie noire transmis par sa grand-mère.
