Le thriller d'horreur suit un groupe d'adolescents confrontés à la disparition de l'un d'entre eux, Yuki, dans la maison fantôme d'un parc d'attractions. Un jour de pluie 10 ans plus tard, Yuki revient inexplicablement. Cependant, à peine est-elle unie à ses anciens amis qu'elle s'effondre et le groupe transporte Yuki dans un hôpital voisin. Mais après s'être enregistrés, ils découvrent que les choses ne sont pas tout à fait ce qu'elles semblent être au centre médical. Au fur et à mesure que la nuit avance, le groupe s'enfonce de plus en plus dans les événements d'il y a dix ans qui ont conduit à la disparition de Yuki.
