Après avoir réussi à récupérer une importante somme d'argent en falsifiant des chèques de voyage, il s'est retrouvé dans le collimateur de la plus grande banque américaine. Un homme d'action est un film rythmé qui couvre cinq décennies, des années 1940 aux années 1980, et dans lequel nous suivons les traces de Lucio, depuis ses humbles débuts de maçon devenu braqueur de banque jusqu'à son vaste projet de faire tomber l'un des plus grand établissements financiers du monde.
