Un chat sans abri (Claude Cat) en quête de nourriture est harcelé par les pitreries et les aboiements d'un chiot énergique (Frisky Puppy). Frisky se faufile à plusieurs reprises derrière le pauvre chat tigré (qui déteste le chien) et l'effraie pour qu'il saute à la verticale lorsqu'il aboie.
